Our Product Range 🌿
We offer a comprehensive selection of pulp types to meet diverse manufacturing requirements:
Mechanical Pulp
Produced through physical grinding of wood, mechanical pulp offers high yield and cost efficiency. While it retains lignin—making it less durable over time—it is ideal for high-volume, lower-cost applications.
Types include:
- Groundwood (GW)
- Refiner Mechanical Pulp (RMP)
- Thermomechanical Pulp (TMP)
- Chemi-thermomechanical Pulp (CTMP)
Applications: Newspapers, magazines, and other economical paper products.
Chemical Pulp
Manufactured by chemically processing wood chips to remove lignin, chemical pulp provides stronger, cleaner, and more durable fibers.
Main processes:
- Kraft (sulfate process) – known for superior strength
- Sulfite process – produces smoother, softer pulp
Applications: Printing paper, packaging materials, and tissue products.
Semi-Chemical Pulp
A hybrid of mechanical and chemical processes, offering a balance between strength and yield.
Applications: Primarily used in corrugated medium (inner layers of cardboard).
Non-Wood Pulp
Derived from sustainable agricultural materials such as bamboo, bagasse (sugarcane residue), straw, and cotton fibers.
Applications: Specialty papers, eco-friendly products, and select tissue products.
Pulp Solutions for Paper
Our paper-grade pulp is selected to optimize strength, brightness, and durability.
Common options include:

- Mechanical pulp – cost-effective for bulk paper production
Key performance factors:
- Tear and tensile strength
- Brightness and whiteness
- Opacity for print quality
- Long-term durability
Pulp Solutions for Tissue
Tissue-grade pulp is engineered for softness, absorbency, and bulk.
Typical options include:
- Bleached Kraft pulp (softwood and hardwood blends)
- Softwood for strength
- Hardwood for softness
- Eucalyptus pulp – widely preferred for superior softness
- Recycled pulp – cost-effective solutions
Key performance factors:
- Softness
- Absorbency
- Bulk and thickness
- Cleanliness and purity
